It would be easy for them to suggest that the Royal P. is not what Nissan uses, or they could suggest that it was done by one or many of drivers not shifting correctly. I truly feel for you, but a lawyer and your time, may be more then having it replaced or repaired correctly somewhere else. You could try contacting them to discuss, but unless they had the chance to work on it themselfs, or were wanting to go the goodwill path, you may be back to doing the repair again and paying for it. It does not hurt to try to speak to them though.
